Delhi - based couple Matt Chitharanjan and Namrata Asthana, who moved from
Chennai found that the beans provided at the local roasting shops in north was
not fresh and flavourful. The couple wanted people to enjoy the freshly roasted
cup of coffee and decided to start Blue Tokai Coffee.
They
have a very simple yet unique mission of introducing their customers to the
estates they buy their coffee from and customers can customize the roasting
based on their preferences.
