Simple Mutton biriyani recipe in pressure cooker. So many people love and likes
Mutton Dum biriyani but it needs many times and prepared very carefully. Some
people ask me to give easiest way to prepare mutton biriyani. so i suggest those
people to try this way to cook mutton biriyani in pressure cooker. Here the most
of the Hotels and restaurants are serve mutton Dum biriyani but is not actual
traditional way of Dum biriyani. They 1st cooked rice and after a meat in
separate. After that they mix them both then he serves a mutton Dum biriyani.
Actually, that was in good taste little like a dum biriyani. Here I give a easy
way to cook a Dum biriyani tasted mutton biriyani in pressure cooker.
Ingredients
• 2 cup Basmati Rice or other rice
• 21/2 cup of water
• 3 to 4 onions (sliced)
• 2 to 4 green chillies
• 2 tomatoes
• Salt (needed)
• 1tsp garam masala
• 1tsp coriander powder
• 1tsp red chilli powder
• 1/4 cup of mint leaves
• 3tsp oil
• 1tsp gee • 1 cardamom • 1tsp cumin’s • 2inch cinnamon • 3
cloves • 2brinji leaves Marination • ½ kg Mutton (cleaned properly) • 1 cup of
curd Instructions 1. Wash rice until the smells gone and soak 20mins without
water. 2. Next wash mutton and drain the water. Marinated with curd and salt (as
u needed) set it on 15mins. 3. Switch on the stove and put a pressure cokker in
it. Put 3tsp oil and 1tsp gee. Add the spices. 4. Add a sliced onions snd green
chilli in it, and fry them until the onions are turned yellowish. 5. After add
tomatoes cook till the tomatoes turn fully mushy and goes off the raw smell. 6.
Chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric and garam masala powder are added
after mushy the tomatoes. 7. Next Add a water in a pressure cooker and put some
salt, and add a marinated mutton piece, then close the pressure cooker and off
it with 2 whistles. 8. And open the cooker add a soaked rice without a water.
add a mint leaves and lemon juices (it giving nice looking rice). 9. Close the
pressure cooker till only 1 whistle, then off the stove. Gently open and serves
a very very tastiest Mutton biriyani.
